POWERtalk Clubs have been active in Australia since 1961 and have a proud history of helping people grow in confidence and skills in speaking and leadership.
POWERtalk Australia is an incorporated not-for-profit association with all administrative duties being carried out by association volunteers. This keeps membership fees extremely affordable and allows people of all walks of life to access quality training and mentoring.
Members have the option of working through a structured development program and are given supportive evaluation on the assignments they present. Whether they come because they are afraid to speak, or because they love to speak, POWERtalk members all agree that the meetings are fun and packed with value.
Personal Growth and Development
This is an adult training association where members take responsibility for managing their own self-paced learning. The Programmer is also a member, and works towards giving all club members equal opportunities for growth at their individual pace.
Goal Setting and Achievement:
Members are encouraged to use the self-assessment sections of the Members Manual to monitor their progress. Mentors are available at every level of the association and are a highly recommended part of the process of growth.
